Life
After living in southern california for almost 15 years I decided to cash out of the overpriced real estate market out there in late 2005 and moved to Tega Cay, SC. I Transferred from Lending Tree in Ca. to Charlotte, NC and it didn`t work out for me at Lending Tree so I quite my job and now live off my real estate investments. ce and don`t ever want to go back to corporate america again. My monthy income from my real estate investments more than covers my monthly living expences. I sold some apartments that I owned in Phoenix in late 2005 at the peak out there and leveraged that money into some bigger apartments and ministorage in the Carolinas. I`ve been married since 9/94 and have 3 kids
